The following pictures were taken at the Traditional pre Easter meet at Knaresborough/York and take my word for it it was Freezing.....
Did I say Knaresborough was cold, Then Scarborough at Easter in March should be banned, I honestly thought the wind would would blow my Scooter off the road, it was only the snow showers holding it up, anyone with half a brain obviously dumped their Scoots at their B&B's and hit the pubs, yours truly being a daytripper nowadays stuck about for a few hours and hit the road home with a pack of Scoots from Darlington, not many pics I'm afraid, but my camera lens was icing up.....
Just a couple of pics from the interclub rideout to wetherby, very good turnout for a week night at this time of year, and for the first time this season it was'nt raining or snowing or hurricanes or........
What did I say about rain, just got back from the York Inset charity rideout, A joint Motorcycle and Scooter event, a fairly decent turnout considering the heavy rain, Top marks to the waterlogged Barnsley Pals S.C for attending, afraid I missed the actual rideout round the City as was helping to push off a mates Lambretta which had decided it needed a 5 minute rest, not to worry, caught it up again at the finish line, a very commendable cause and certainly worth attending. Now I'll ring my clothes out.
